With remote services, Dr. Sanders can assist clients throughout Tennessee.

Services Offered

Court-Ordered Evaluations (Rule 35)
Dr. Sanders provides psychological evaluations for parents as ordered by a court, recommended by mediation, or requested by an attorney. These evaluations address concerns such as:
  *  Parental fitness
  *  Identification of serious mental health disorders
  *  The need for supervised child custody to ensure children’s safety
 

Dr. Sanders uses tests that meet Federal court standards, ensuring the results are valid for court testimony when needed.

Independent Evaluations for Students:
When parents and schools disagree on how to support a student, Dr. Sanders conducts independent evaluations. With over 35 years of school consulting experience, including work with the Tennessee School for the Deaf, he brings expertise to these cases. Dr. Sanders is also fluent in American Sign Language.

Pre-Employment Psychological Evaluations for Police Officers:
Dr. Sanders conducts psychological evaluations and POST (Peace Officer Standards and Training) reports for police officer applicants, ensuring qualified hires and public safety. References from police departments are available upon request.

Dr. Sanders does not accept insurance but can help you complete paperwork to seek reimbursement directly from your insurance carrier.
