Dr. Sanders provides reliable, scientifically based Expert Witness and Family Law Consultation services that meet Daubert standards. His extensive training as a licensed clinical psychologist, combined with his experience as a Rule 31 Listed Family Mediator with Specialty Training in Domestic Violence, makes him uniquely qualified to assist attorneys and their clients with family law issues.

Dr. Sanders offers expert assessments and consultation on a variety of complex issues, including:
*  Parental alienation allegations.
*  Emotional, physical, or sexual abuse claims.
*  Other trauma and challenges affecting children and adolescents.

Specialization in Deaf and Hard of Hearing Populations
 

Dr. Sanders is one of the few clinical psychologists in the U.S. fluent in American Sign Language (ASL) and experienced in working with deaf and hard of hearing individuals. For over 35 years, he served as the Consulting Clinical Psychologist for the Tennessee School for the Deaf, providing:
*  Clinical services to students aged 3–21.
*  Consultation to staff to support their work with this unique population.

Family Law Consultation Services
 

Dr. Sanders also supports Family Law Attorneys through detailed reviews and analyses of other psychologist’s assessments. His services include:
*  Work Product Review: Evaluating whether an assessment adheres to professional standards and detect possible biases.
*  Opinion on Findings: Determining if the evaluator’s conclusions are supported by the data or if alternative conclusions should be considered.

When an evaluation is found to be sound, Dr. Sanders’ feedback can help attorneys and their clients make informed settlement decisions. If weaknesses or errors are identified, he can assist with trial preparation, including:
*  Crafting litigation strategies supported by current psychological research.
*  Gathering relevant literature for court use.
*  Developing cross-examination questions.

Dr. Sanders is also available to testify in court about deficiencies in an evaluator’s work, offering expert insight into the identified issues.
